DMCA Notice & Takedown

Last updated: July 2026

porn-sites.link is a directory of adult websites. We do not produce, host, store, or distribute any images, video, or other media. Everything you see here is a link to, and a short description of, a website operated by someone else.

Because we host no content, material you believe infringes your copyright almost always sits on a third-party site rather than on ours. Contacting that site’s operator or host directly is usually the fastest way to have it removed. That said, we respect intellectual property rights and will act on valid notices concerning listings on porn-sites.link.

Sending a takedown notice

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Notice. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it. Please include the exact URL on porn-sites.link.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may be slower to process, as we may need to come back to you for the missing details.

What we do next

We review valid notices and aim to respond within 72 hours. Where a claim is valid, we will remove or disable the listing in question. We may also notify the operator of the linked site.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. It should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

We may restore the removed material after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action.

Repeat infringers

We will remove, and decline to re-list, sites that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement carries legal consequences. Please be certain of your rights before sending a notice.
